After training in business law and specialising in company law, Kossi J. ADJEDOMOLE works on equity investments, reorganisations and issues relating to investment law, law of security rights and employment law.

He acts as permanent legal secretary for companies operating in a variety of sectors and performs audits on different aspects of legal and institutional frameworks.

He runs training sessions and has signed several articles on company law. In 2019, Kossi published the article “Complexité et risque du mécanisme LBO dans l’espace OHADA” (Complexity and risks of LBOs within the OHADA area) in LEX 4 MAGAZINE, OHADA BUSINESS LAWYER’S REVIEW, No. 1 Jan. /July 2019, P.40, WWW.LEX4.COM.

He also contributes on a regular basis to the Doing Business Reports Doing Businesspublished yearly by the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation.

He is bilingual (French & English) and joined MARTIAL AKAKPO & ASSOCIÉS in May 2016.
