Kao PALANGA has a post-graduate degree in business law and is studying for a Master’s degree in law of African cyberspace at Gaston Berger de Saint-Louis University in Senegal.

He joined MARTIAL & ASSOCIÉS in October 2011 and works on cases relating to business law, civil law, employment law, insurance and risk management as well as criminal law.

He is also developing his knowledge of issues relating to information technologies.

Kao aspires to become a lawyer.

Alongside his professional activities, Kao is a member of several non-profit organisations involved in the protection of human rights.
