In the course of its activities, the Firm collects and processes personal data relating to contacts, clients and partners. In the interests of fairness and transparency, the Firm takes care to inform the above-mentioned data subjects of all the processing carried out by means of information notices. We ensure that all data are collected fairly. No data are collected without the knowledge and consent of the data subject. The Firm processes data for specific purposes: data are always processed for legitimate, specified and explicit purposes. For all processing activities, the Firm undertakes to collect and use only those data that are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. The Firm ensures that data are updated and implements processes for the erasure and correction of inaccurate data. The data concerned are: 

• Identification data of data subjects;
• Data concerning the data subject’s professional situation;
• Economic and financial data;
• Recordings of video-conferences and webinars organised by the Firm;
• Content of exchanges with the Firm.

In processing data, the Firm complies with the following provisions: 

• The Togolese Act No. 2019-014 of 29 October 2019 on the protection of personal data and its implementing decrees and 
• The Supplementary Act A/SA.1/01/10 on Personal Data Protection within ECOWAS of 16 February 2010 
• The African Union Convention on Cyber Security and Personal Data Protection of 27 June 2014 and other legislation in force.

The Firm carries out data processing on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at the request of clients;
• Fulfilment of our statutory and regulatory obligations;
• Participant consent for recordings;
• Organisation and running of events requiring prior enrolment.

Data collected are transferred and/or retained in accordance with applicable regulations.
