Bakafitine BANQUE advises in business law, specialising in corporate taxation and international mobility.

He provides legal advice and assistance in tax law, company law, general commercial law, investment law, law of security rights and labour law.

He is frequently consulted for projects and studies, and leads high value-added conferences, training sessions and debates on legal and fiscal issues.

He was previously an expert trainer in tax law at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance of Togo and the Revenue Office of Togo. He has several years of experience as a tax administrator at the Revenue Office of Togo (the Togolese Tax Administration).

Bakafitine holds a Master’s degree in law, with an option in Tax Administration, from Paris Dauphine University (France). He also earned a Master’s degree in business law and taxation at the University of Lomé.

He is currently studying for his PhD in Law at the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole (France). In this capacity, he lectures at both public and private universities in Togo in private law, business law and tax law. He supervises the research work of several students at the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) and the Institut de Formation Fiscale et Douanière (IFFD) of the Revenue Office of Togo, particularly in tax law.
