Two-year university diploma in law, University of Benin

Vitalis Amatékoé KANGNI advises in business law and has nineteen years of practical experience including nine spent in the notarial profession.

He provides legal advice and assistance in the fields of general commercial law, company law, investment law, law of security rights, law of public procurement contracts, property law, family law, law of persons and inheritance law.

Vitalis has contributed to the Doing Business and Benchmarking Public Procurement 2016 Projects of the World Bank Group due to his expertise in business creation, and obtaining loans and public procurement contracts in Togo.

Vitalis aspires to become a lawyer.

With a keen interest in sports law, he holds a diploma in management of Sports Organisations from Solidarité Olympique.

He is a member of the Arbitration Tribunal of the International Handball Federation (IHF). He is also currently a member of the IHF’s Ethics Committee.

And he was an active member of the Jeune Chambre Internationale Togo (JCI) where he was a trainer and local and national manager.

He is a member of the Rotary Club Lomé Flamboyant.
